[iOS]App Shows Error Codes Instead of Quran & Bookmarks Broken After Update

Asalamu alaikum, since I have updated and created an account I’ve not had the best experience with this app which used to be my go to everyday. I still have not resolved the bookmarks/collections issue and recently tried to recite the Quran (Juz 1) to be met with a page full of error codes. Even when looking through feedback there’s an issue.
The device model is an iPhone 14 Pro, OS 26.1
App version, v1.16.8

Shahriar Arnob over the years I’ve accumulated 100’s of verses in these folders only for them to disappear after updating and making an account. I’ve clicked the troubleshoot link and provided details and not heard back. I really hope my data can be restored.
