Blank screen when playing reciter | Al Quran - Tafsir & By Word

Sometimes when playing a reciter and you scroll on the number when it jumps to the ayat the page goes black and you cannot see any Quran anymore. I’m not refuting to mushaf page version I’m referring to the one which is each ayat in a box after the other .
