Assalamu ‘Alaikum,
I am experiencing an issue while using the app on my iPad (9th Generation). Whenever I try to open the control panel located at the top-right corner (the three-line menu icon), it automatically toggles off and disappears. Because of this, I’m unable to access or edit the preferences through the control panel.
This issue doesn’t occur every single time, but it happens quite frequently on my iPad. However, when I use the same Al Quran app on my Android phone (Samsung Galaxy A35), everything works perfectly without any problems.
I kindly request you to look into this matter and consider fixing the issue. I have also attached a short video to provide a clearer visual representation of the problem.
