As-salamu alaikum wa rahmatullah, I factory reset my phone for some reason. After resetting, I reinstalled your app. After installing, everything in your app was working fine for a while, but after some time, when I exited the app and re-entered it, I couldn't see the Bangla translation. Even after a lot of digging in the settings, I couldn't fix it.

It's worth mentioning that everything was working fine when I had this app before resetting my phone. Please give me a solution for this.

My phone's model name is Redmi Note 11

Android version : 13

OS version : Hyper OS 1.0.8

App version : 1.34.3

Wa ‘Alaikumus Salam Wa Rahmatullahi Wa Barakatuh, abu_bakkar

JazakAllahu Khairan for bringing the issue to our attention. Based on your screenshot, it looks like you haven't selected a specific translation yet (it currently shows "০ নির্বাচিত"). To fix this, please follow these steps:

  1. Tap on the "অনুবাদ" (Translation) section highlighted in your screenshot.

  2. Select or download your preferred Bengali translation from the list.

  3. Ensure the checkbox for "অনুবাদ" under the 'Content' section remains ticked.

Once selected, the translation will appear on your main screen. If you face any further difficulties, please reply to this message, and we will be happy to assist you further, Insha'Allah
