Mgr jab Hum İski Full verse translation dekhte hain to İsme Ye tarjuma ata hai,

Mujhe buhat confusion horahi hai ke sahi tarjuma kia hoga?

Translator ne Laa Ko tarjuma kyu nahi kia jumle ke sath? Mainy me farq Araha Hai ese?

English Translation:

"As-salamu alaikum. Regarding the word 'Laa' (No) that appears at the beginning of Surah Al-Balad:

When I single-tap it [in the word-by-word mode], its meaning shows as 'No'. If I tap the words of the first verse separately, the sentence forms: 'No, I swear by this city.'

However, when we look at the Full Verse Translation, the translation is different [it usually omits the 'No'].

I am getting very confused as to what the correct translation is. Why did the translator not include 'Laa' (No) in the full sentence translation? Does this change the meaning?
